No way would mine fit under the seat. I had all I could do to get the badlanders box under the seat. I needed that because I went to smaller blinkers.
I relocated the regulator under the bike, on the swingarm. They built a little shelf to put it on and spray painted it black. Have to be looking for it to find it. The guy did tell me he relocated an older one before mine and put it someplace else. Different years did have different places to put it. It was much less noticeable there than the other place he wanted to put it. He told me not to put it in the tool box. It would get too hot. I guess it's possible to vent it so it wouldn't. Heaven knows it takes forever to try to get those tools back into that little box.
